Exclude:-

-Any monument entry fees / camera fees.

-Any meal, which is not mentioned above.

-Any guide charges

-GST 5% Extra

-Uses of Chain Vehicle like Jeep/another vehicle due to heavy snowfall will be paid by the

  guest directly. Company is responsible for the cab given in the package only.

-Taxis for Khajjiar visit are included by direct route only. If the main route is closed due to  

  heavy snowfall, then Khajjiar via Chamba will cost extra due to long running.

-Any air / train fare or any items not specified under inclusions

-For Heater Requirement directly contact to Hoteliers

-Any adventure activity skiing, paragliding etc

-Any personal Expenses- Laundry, shopping etc.....

-Compulsory Gala Dinner on Christmas & New year if applicable

CHILD POLICY:-

Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed.& without Volvo ticket (Milk/Food for infant or children above 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel)

Remarks:-

- Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.

-Extra Bed Means extra Mattress.

-A.C will not work in hill stations.

-Heater charges are extra.

-The car may or may not have power windows.

-The transportation cost is subject to change if there will be hike in the rates of Fuel.

-IN case of vehicle not going to Rohtang Pass by any kind of new or old guidelines proposed by NGT-National green tribunal /Supreme court, Holiday Triangle will not be responsible in any case.

-If vehicles will be allowed to go to Rohtang pass the guest will have to bear the expenses on his own if he/she wishes to go to Rohtang pass.

-One more thing we want to tell you very clearly that as per  National Green Tribunal (NGT) there are only 1000 (700 local Taxi + 300 other vehicles) vehicles per day allowed for Rohtang pass. Therefore for Rohtang pass entry you have to take permission. If you got permission,only then you can visit to Rohtang and we will take you to Rohtang (up to possible). If you don't get the permission so we are not responsible for that & there will be no deduction in the package cost (apply only in by cab package).

Payment Policy

-The rates are subject to change without any prior notice.

-It is a suggestion for you that please book this offer as soon as possible because we are not holding any booking and it is totally depend on the availability of rooms and flight.

-The grand total of this package can increase with increase in flight charges.

•From the booking date till 30 days prior to the departure date, 30 % of the package cost is chargeable.

•From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.

•From 15 days to 7 days prior to departure date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable. 

Cancellation Policy

•For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable.

Terms & Conditions

-No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

-Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in. the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.

-No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
