Coorg Ooty Itinerary

BANGALORE TO COORG ( 6 - 6.5 HOUR ) |

• As you arrive at Bangalore airport/ railway station meet and greet our representative and proceed to Coorg.
• En route visit Bylakuppe - Tibetans Golden Temple, Nisargadhama.
•On arrival check in to your pre booked hotel and rest for a while later you can go to Raja Seat.
• In the evening visit Raja's Seat a place that offers panoramic vistas of the verdant valley covered in the blanket of clouds.
• Return back to your hotel for overnight stay at Coorg.

• Wake up in the morning with the sound of chirping birds and enjoy your breakfast and proceed for the sightseeing for full day covering Talacauveri - located in the picturesque location of Brahmagiri hills.
• Talacauvery is the origin of River Kaveri, a beautiful Talacauvery Temple built around it, and then visit to Bhagamandala. Bhagamandala is famous for the confluence of the three sacred rivers, Kaveri, Sujyothi and Kanike. Visit to the temple dedicated to Bhagandeshwara (Lord Shiva).
• Later then visit to Omkareshwara Temple, a temple having both Islamic and Gothic style of architecture
• Proceed to Madikeri Fort is ancient fort was first constructed in the latter half of the seventeenth century by Muddu Raja, the ruler at the time, on the occasion of declaring Madikeri as the new capital of Coorg.
• Head towards to Abbey Falls one of the picturesque waterfalls of Karnataka situated amidst beautiful coffee estate.
• Once you explored return to the hotel for overnight stay at coorg.
• Wake up with the aroma of coffee and enjoy your leisurely, after
breakfast checkout and proceed to Ooty.
• En-route visit Bandipur National Forest & Madumali Forest.
• On arrival check in to hotel.
• Visit Rose Garden where you will find colorful flowers in every direction and some misty mountains in the backdrop, this garden is the perfect place to relax.
• Later visit to Ooty Lake, you can enjoy boating with pristine blue hills surrounding you and then proceed to Botanical Garden which is lush green, well maintained lawns, rare trees species, relax in the lap of nature.
• Return back to your hotel for overnight stay at Ooty.

• Start your day with a delicious breakfast in Ooty before checking out of the hotel.
• After breakfast, begin your journey from Ooty to Bangalore. The road journey takes around 6 hours, covering a distance of about 275 km.
• Enjoy the scenic views of the Western Ghats and the lush greenery of the Nilgiri hills as you drive through winding roads and hairpin bends.
• During your journey from Ooty to Bangalore, make a stop at Srirangapatna town, located around 20 km before Mysore.
• This historic town is home to several landmarks, including the Ranganathaswamy Temple, Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace, and the Dariya Daulat Bagh. Take a stroll around the town and explore its rich cultural and historical heritage.
• After exploring Srirangapatna town, continue your journey to Bangalore.
• Drop to bangalore airport / Railway station
